Rhythm & Rumble Campaign
Overview
When we were tasked with launching "Rhythm and Rumble", a first-of-its-kind charity boxing event for the Nepalese community—we had just 14 days to move from concept to a packed venue.

With no existing audience for the novel concept, our mission was twofold: build an event brand from zero and ignite a community around a powerful dual purpose—supporting children's education in both Hong Kong and Nepal. The clock was our biggest opponent.
Outcome & Result
A Sold-Out Venue & Surpassed Goal: We achieved 100% venue capacity with over 100 tickets sold and, more importantly, raised 130% of our fundraising target, delivering critical funds to Kriti's Children Education Centre (HK) and the Blind Children Education Centre (Nepal).

Viral Reach: Our content sprint generated over 142,900 views, with a staggering 84.3% of reach coming from non-followers proving the campaign broke far beyond existing networks.

Unprecedented Audience Mobilization: We drove 3,300 profile visits to our event page, turning digital curiosity into tangible intent and community action.
Impact
This wasn’t just an event launch; it was a case study in community mobilization under pressure.

By embedding the dual charitable mission into the campaign's DNA and leveraging trusted grassroots networks as our megaphone, we transformed limited time into immense social proof.

The result was a landmark gathering defined by sold-out seats and overwhelming goodwill, proving that when strategy is built on authentic purpose, you can create not just an event, but a meaningful community moment that resonates long after the final bell.
